I just joined your group. I'm also familiar with the World Affairs Council and have attended a few of their lectures. I studied Russian in college, spent a semester in St. Petersburg and then lived two years in Ukraine working as a Peace Corps volunteer. I know your hometown Kiev well, I lived in Nizhyn for three months and then in Luganskaya Oblast for two years.

I'm interested in meeting people I can speak Russian with, also would be happy to help folks with their English.
