It was pretty good, though really more of an Android beginner's primer than anything else

It was enough to convince me to sign up on htcdev.com. Nice to see more devices going out to developers, too (hint -- I could really use a tablet).

presenter material was dull and non-exciting. live demos / recorded demos of functionality on HTC tablets using their pen APIs would have made it much more interesting

I've always been very interested in security vs UX issues, and with the touch-based mobile devices, it's starting to look like we can have the best of both worlds. The presenters captured the topic well and did a good job discussing their proposed solution.

The product wasn't appealing at all.

    Interesting session, worth my time.

Its too thick, but good to fair response. The UI gesture conventions take a bit of getting used to.

The speaker gave an excellent talk, thoroughly enjoyed it. I went and bought one of the WIMM watches today!

Very good! Really want to know when webkit is put into their SDK and when it will be sold to the public! We have users...(just not a million at the moment) and apps we can build.

Wimm Labs developed a great device. very Small device supporting Android2.1, WI-Fi, Bluetooth its really great. But device cost $199 is high and less apps inside the device.

I was really excited to learn from Christian how the GoogleTV platform has evolved and how the Android community can finally take advantage of the new APIs/market and develop for the "10-foot experience". Awesome!

Good overview of general features and design considerations for developing for Google TV.

I had to rush out of work early and not eat dinner before attending this event to just get there by 6:45PM (that's when the talks usually start). But when I arrived, there was no space to even stand and no food left. I just turned around and walked right back out. Complete waste of my time, I should have just stayed at work or just went home and get some dinner instead of stopping by.

Generally good, but... 1) I would have suggested more info on how to get involved as a developer since Google is obviously trying to push this young platform. 2) Let's go back to the pizza instead of finger sandwiches

good presentation but I wish it would have started on time since I had a hard stop at 8pm.

Started a bit later than I expected, but otherwise was well organized and content was interesting.

A lot of info. , sometime it was difficult to hear the speaker, however, I was at back of the room.

Was a little disappointed that it started so late. Was looking for a few more technical details/insights. The presentation seemed a little high altitude.

Started late with no explanation. Information was presented well albeit general.

Non-technical, but very refreshing and relevant. I enjoyed both talks and the audience seemed very engaged. Both Edith and Don are fantastic presenters! Thank you!

First presentation was excellent. I especially loved the video of the Spanish translation app. Second presentation was also very good - a tough task to try to "reverse engineer" Google's ranking system.

Very informative speech about Dolphin project and Google Market Search

Chet and Romain keep on delivering! Not only did we get an amazing intro to ICS (which rocks on all the accounts!) but we also got a bonus presentation (on UI) as well! Thanks guys!
