Good overview of general features and design considerations for developing for Google TV.— Bard F

I had to rush out of work early and not eat dinner before attending this event to just get there by 6:45PM (that's when the talks usually start). But when I arrived, there was no space to even stand and no food left. I just turned around and walked right back out. Complete waste of my time, I should have just stayed at work or just went home and get some dinner instead of stopping by. -
Generally good, but... 1) I would have suggested more info on how to get involved as a developer since Google is obviously trying to push this young platform. 2) Let's go back to the pizza instead of finger sandwiches

good presentation but I wish it would have started on time since I had a hard stop at 8pm. -
Started a bit later than I expected, but otherwise was well organized and content was interesting. -
A lot of info. , sometime it was difficult to hear the speaker, however, I was at back of the room.

Was a little disappointed that it started so late. Was looking for a few more technical details/insights. The presentation seemed a little high altitude. -

Non-technical, but very refreshing and relevant. I enjoyed both talks and the audience seemed very engaged. Both Edith and Don are fantastic presenters! Thank you! -
First presentation was excellent. I especially loved the video of the Spanish translation app. Second presentation was also very good - a tough task to try to "reverse engineer" Google's ranking system. -

Again, well worth the drive (ugh - 280 at 5 PM) up from Los Altos. Good technical(!) overview of the new stuff. Good long length of time, too -- two hours two-part talk. As for logistics: maybe institutionalize a full 15 minute or so mid-course break for networking. -
The presentation was great and the speakers were willing to answer questions and speak with people which made this a unique opportunity. A+

Excellent overview of Android ICS 4.0 User Interface features and live demo. -
The presentation felt disjointed thus not showcasing ICS capabilities as I would have liked. Chet's section on ui design guidelines was a bright spot. I enjoyed that. I also liked the little android bot they handed out. -

The actual content was good, and it's fun to see the attention to detail Square is doing. I had no issues with the presentation itself. However, I found it pretty disappointing that the presentation didn't start until about an hour after the scheduled time. I feel like that was an hour of time wasted/lost. Sure, I talked to some folks and all, but I'd rather see the presentation start close to the start time, then allow socialization/networking after (which I think is often better anyway, as folks will have some common context to discuss if they hadn't before). -
