Learn how to target all Android devices from Google's own Justin Mattson

Having rescheduled our real-time app and game development event for July 27th we are super-excited to welcome Justin Mattson from Google who generously offered to fill our June 29th slot!

Justin promised not only to re-deliver his Google I/O talk titled "Casting a wide net: how to target all Android devices", but also to expand it with the material that he had to cut for time at the I/O. As a bonus, he'll be able to take a lot more questions from the audience! Anyone care to ask about android fragmentation? :-)

Here's the description of Justin's presentation:
One of Android's strengths is its flexibility to run on a wide variety of devices. In this session, we will explore the facilities the Android resource system provides to developers to make supporting many devices from one application binary easier, as well as common pitfalls. In addition to hardware heterogeneity, more than one version of Android may exist in the wild at any given time. We will go over strategies for providing cross-version compatibility.

Even though some of you might have already seen Justin's I/O talk (live or on YouTube), you will not want to miss this opportunity to chat with him in person! This event will "sell-out" so RSVP soon!

Special thanks goes out to Stephanie Liu from Google who helped make this event happen!

Pizzas/drinks will be sponsored by Sarah Samuel from Technology Credit Union. As before, we'll be giving away books and other swag to the lucky winners.
